      Frequently Asked Questions

      FAQ

Why use a feature request manager?

Your users dont want to send emails, and they wont. But if you lower the friction and let your most passionate users create the feature requests, and allow the rest of the to vote on them, you will be able to uncover valuable insights into your user base and be able to chart the most profitable roadmap for your product.

Is it easy to set up?

It sure is. It should take your grandmother less than five minutes to set this up. All you need is to create Create an account, create a board, and share the URL with your users. If you're feeling fancy and want to use the SPM library for your mobile app, it should take you about five minutes to set up with the default pre-made feature request screen.

But I only have a few users!

Congratulations! if you only have a handful of users, getting them to vote on features will help you prioritize what to build next and make them feel involved in the development process. This will lead to higher user satisfaction and retention in the long run.

      A Note from the Founder

      Hello developers!

Out of the thousands of features you could build next, only a handful will actually move the needle for your product.

While it's easier than ever to ship code, it's harder than ever to know what to build. Most startups face two challenges with feature development:

      1. Getting user feedback without drowning in support emails and DMs.
      2. Figuring out which features will actually drive retention and growth.

That's why I built FeatureFest – to give indie developers and small teams a simple way to let users vote on what matters most.

In the last year I've helped developers save countless hours by building only the features their users actually want. All while lowering the barrier to give feedback. I'd love for you to give it a try.
